Confirmed orders will generally be charged at the price shown at checkout. If an order is cancelled because of a pricing, inventory, or listing error, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Refund Policy.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, materials, textures, and dimensions accurately. However:

Natural wood, stone, leather, and handmade materials may vary in color, grain, texture, and pattern.
Handmade measurements may vary by approximately 0.5–1 inch.

These natural or display-related variations are not considered product defects.

6. Custom Products

Merrowen accepts certain custom orders, including changes to size, color, fabric, or material.

Custom production generally takes approximately 6–8 weeks. Custom orders cannot be cancelled after production begins and are not eligible for return or exchange unless confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect.

7. Billing and Payment

Customers must provide complete and accurate billing, payment, and account information.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Merrowen does not directly store complete payment card details.

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. Applicable import duties and customs clearance fees for eligible U.S. deliveries are paid by Merrowen.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 48 hours of purchase.

Cancellation requests submitted after 48 hours are subject to the order’s processing status. Orders that have already shipped cannot be directly cancelled.

Custom orders cannot be cancelled after production begins.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Merrowen ships only to the contiguous United States.

Shipping times, delivery methods, service areas, damaged-item reporting requirements, and delivery charges are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Free standard delivery is limited to curbside or front-door delivery, depending on where the delivery vehicle can safely access and stop.

Paid white-glove delivery may be available upon request.

10. Returns and Refunds

Returns, restocking fees, refund processing times, damaged-item claims, non-returnable products, and return authorization requirements are governed by our Refund Policy.

Customers must obtain written authorization before returning any product.
